Flow from seepage at levee on south bank between Snoqualmie Valley trail bridge and Highway 203 bridge near 323rd Pl SE may cross NE 32nd St. Channel changes may occur between upstream extent of Tolt River Rd NE/361st Ave NE and eastern boundary of Carnation.
